Please note:

  • Responses can take up to 48 hours
  • Please include the order number in all emails
  • Please do not send more than one email within a 48 hour period

ELIGIBILITY

  • To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be unworn, unmarked and have the original tags in place.
  • You have to contact us within 14 days of you receiving your ordered item
  • All items must be returned within 14 days from you receiving the return

DEFECTS OR ISSUES

Although great care is taken with orders and product quality:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will then evaluate the issue and make it right.

NON REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as socks, boxers, caps, beanies or any other headwear. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

SALE ITEMS

Items that are purchased when on sale are non refundable. If you wish to return a sale item then you will be issued with store credit or an exchange. If you wish to cancel your order you will also be given store credit or an exchange.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.

We recommend returning items via recorded delivery to ensure that they are delivered safely and securely.

Please note, returned items may take 5-10 working days to be processed.
